The hotel room is not as good. Also, if you are asking for extra blankets and mattress they will charge extra for it.The washroom condition is so bad, also got water issues. For hot water I asked the hotel staff multiple times but they are not answering properly.The tea we ordered was also served in dirty cups. The hotel is not good at all in terms of cleaning.In the end, I would not recommend it to other people to stay in Shehnaz.The room is too small and the room condition is not good.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. No electricity plug working, no spongy mattress provided,no geyser working,no TV working. TV wire not reached to the socket. Manager cut AC power early morning, saying that AC is on during night only. we had lots of argument with him. No restaurant is there. Please not to go there.

room number 105 has no ac remote. they turned off ac manually in the middle of night. no ventilation. washroom tap didn't give hot water in begin. tiles not hygeine

I have faced worst experience ever in this hotel. Rooms are not clean, bad smell, no ventilation in room, Fan is there but no air is giving, bed sheets are not clean, TV is not working, not a single charging point is working to charge mobile.

Hotel is near to the railway station, it would hardly take 5 minutes by auto to reach railway station. The hotel was ok ok. Room size were small but the interior of room was quite impressive
