The location is a very nice main road only 100 feet The rates of the room are high but that's ok rooms are small but not bad The menu of foods is fixed in west bengal breakfast me puri sabji or paratha or bread omlette only no buffet breakfast

I wouldn't say that Hotel Sheldon is a value stay. There was no cleanliness and the rooms had rats and rat poop on the table. There were mosquitoes everywhere in the property.

I always feel a homely atmosphere in the hotel. All the staff are very good. Maintaining hygiene. Good location. I always love to stay.

A very dirty room..bed sheet & pillow cover are very dirty.. overall unhygienic. intercom also not working... front desk staff use unprofessional language.

no cleanness ac was not working wifi was not working and they charged me for water which i suppose to get complementary free.. i would never ever visit this hotel again
