At Checkin They provided delux room & after Complaint,changed my Room.
food quality needs to be bit improved specially Tea ,Coffee.
they Charged extra water bottle in bill & at reception he said that I received bill from kitchen & it can not be changed early morning so I have to pay .

Good hotel. Neat and clean and big room. Near market area. Good staff. I would have rated 5 but as mentioned complimentary pick up from railway was not provided other it perfect hotel to stay. Value for money.

Pathetic. Booked Deluxe Ac. No additional door lock. No toiletries. Flush was not working. Bedsheets towels blankets covers seemed dirty. Overall experience was not good.

Extremely disappointing experience. Initially, I was assigned a filthy room with visible Fecal stains on the toilet. After complaining, they shifted me to another room where the AC wires were dangerously exposed and the AC itself wasn’t functioning. The next room had an old AC that made more noise than a generator.
