this is an excellent hotel with near corridors and well made rooms. Very good location and definitely recommend if you need to be somewhere close to major shopping area.

the stay was so peaceful and soothing , it was so comfortable. the location was so prime that was not tough to find. the hotels outlook that might be the first impression was good as it was in the web

Overall stay in Shilton was great. Very clean, comfortable space with all amenities as mentioned. Only the room service and restaurant service has to be more prompt.

Neat and clean, big spacious rooms. Noise from the Bar on the Top floor is little annoying for guests on the 4th floor.

Rooms are neat and clean with lovely ambience. Food is excellent. There is a pub on the top floor which is a gem. Hotel is located in the heart of the city.

it's my second time going to Shilton and I felt average don't know why but I expected much coz I have stayed there before.
when I came to hotel room I saw my blanket with blue soapy type thing and the lamp wasn't working well as you could see in the photo but nice and friendly staff
Last time they provided with toothpaste and brush and shower cap and comb nothing were provided as I came to room after asking they provided me
this might be the problem of my room that was given Shilton is always great 😃👍
