overpriced stay. no amenities. they have created very small swimming pool just to upload pictures and charge you more. no breakfast is provided. there is nothing to see except akshi beach. breakfast, lunch and dinner are overpriced again as there are very few options to eat available nearby.

very testy food i especially like the fish 🐠🐋🐟 with prowns curry they served.
very polite and friendly staff .
especially it's very near to the akshi beach like walkin distance witch is very silent beach with minimum croud.

good stay . clean room and sufficient facilities.
best part do not miss food .
delicious homemade freshly cooked food.
tv and WiFi not as per mark but view and location worth watching then tv or surfing net.
only request to have more options for kids play area. swimming pool maintain well.
over all good experience . worth coming back with bigger group

People looking for Cottage stay. Pretty decent for the price. Great for a family as well as friends trip. Food is great . Cooked in Desi style. Seafood cooked great. Mini Pool bath tub available. Very friendly accommodation and reception. Loved the stay :)
