i recommend it.It is good hotel at reasonable price near junction.Best thing i like about is its manager polite behaviour and co operative staff.

There is nothing guarantee on goibibo. I booked deluxe AC room and called the hotel in advance about my visit. But they stayed me in ordinary room and told after sometime they will arrange my room as per the booking. But they dod nothing They don't even follow Goibibo booking. They do whatever they want to do. From now I will not take goibibo booking at guarantee.

Hotel rooms were not the same as shown in photos. There were so many cockroaches , spiders and crickets in the room, the room was not clean and the room and blanket were smelling, No cupboards and no croacry was provided, Bathroom was leaking, no lock on bathroom door, Geyser was not working. Staff behaviour was also not up to mark. No breakfast was provided and no phones in the room. overall we had a very bad experience.

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Shiva recently. The experience was far from satisfactory, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Leaking Tap: The bathroom tap kept leaking continuously, creating a mess and an annoying dripping sound all night. Despite informing the staff, no action was taken.
Cleaning Issues: The room and bathroom were not clean. There were visible stains, and the floor seemed like it hadn’t been mopped in days.
