location and exterior of this hotel is nice.. bt cleanliness of the room is required because soo much dust on floor and sheet, sofa needed to be clean as well... repairing of bathroom utilities r needed because water from wash basin pouring outside, jet spray was leaking and very mild hottness in water....restaurant gv selected breakfast facility, from items available in menu whatever they r claiming as deluxe room at cost needs improvement...water boiler coffee green tea sugar sachet are Essential if u r calling it as a deluxe room...room service and some of the staffs r gd by behaviour...
