to start with, they dont have hot water the entire day just a few hrs in morning.they dont have full time kitchen or restaurant, and the items they serve u can count on fingers. no dental kit no sleepers no cold drinks no soda no ice. and they are listed 4 star hotel, some solace was, room service was good and front desk staff were courteous and polite, other than this nothing goes in their favour, stayed there for 2 nights and had a really bad experience.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. the tea and breakfast is just wonderful. the room are made exceptionally beautifully and provide every amenities that a stay must have.

The location is perfect. In the city heart only on rajpur road. Property is now bit old and need good makeover . Parking js ok . Food is also ok . Can have better properties in the similar price fange

very first day bad experiences as before was aregular customer in this hotel the scenario has completely changed no bathroom accessories are provided purchased shaving limited tea supplies and ask for more they have got so down they ask it's chargeable and linnen towel supplies are restricted ..apart from that morning breakfast as is included previously they used to arrange buffet unlimited breakfast now restricted to some smaller menu ....please help to get out of this hotel and arrange my refund so that can switch to other hotels

बहुत ही शांत और साफ सुथरा होटल हैहोटल के स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा और प्रोफेशनल है रूम में सर्विस भी जल्दी है बस इस समय एक बहुत बड़ी कमी है की इस होटल में खाने नाश्ते का कोई इंतजाम नहीं है इनका कहना है कि रेस्टोरेंट में निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है इसलिए अभी नाश्ते खाने की सुविधा बंद है वाईफाई भी नहीं है जबकि आपकी पर सुविधा है इसीलिए औसतन होटल ठीक है

the worst hotel ever I have stayed very bad embince the food was not upto the mark no one should come here to stay
