Hotel Shivaay Grand, Amritsar is 3rd class hotel. The management is most Cheater. No bill is issued against my payment. The hotel is not neat and clean. Behavior is too bad. This is Cheating business. Plz don't advise for stay.Hotel Shivaay Grand is below standard hotel. Room rent is too high. The staffs are not good and familiar to customers. Manager is too CHEATER. He has even not issued any bill for payment made to him. He has not given me GST Bill where as he has taken GST in all cases.Hotel Shivaay Grand has not maintained any Register for check in and check out.

pleasant stay. rooms are awesome. very polite friendly. behavior especially the guy Ravindra Singh Ji.what a nice guy.Alu paratha in morning breakfast was great which was complimentary.

Overall experience in the Hotel was good. Quality of food especially dinner items need to be improved. It is better if Tandoori bread (roti/naan/parantha etc) is also made available in addition to Tawa bread.

The hotel service is very pathetic. The room condition is bad even worse, badsheet are not clean, no hot water for bath, blanket are smelling, dirty toilet seat.we took the rook with breakfast but the staff say breakfast is chargeable.The owner behaviour is not acceptable, they are not even want to listen the issue. Within walking distance to Golden Temple with all amenities and good clean service; would definitely give 5 stars to this hotel and recommend this particular hotel to all travelers seeking comfort and connectivity

the rooms are neat and clean .but bathroom needs more powerful lights so that you can shave.hot water is available 24 hours. rooms are not sound proof so you may get disturbed sleep. there is no ventilation in some of the rooms and exhaust fan is little effective.always go for window side rooms.. also checkin and check out timings are not flexible .food is good. it is in the market but that is a plus point.and every thing is available at walking distance.but be careful of two wheelers zoomin ...more

The hotel has convenient location.
Walking distance from the hotel to Bangla Sahib gurudwara,Jallianwala Bagh and Town hall.

Shivaaya hotel is at a close proximity to many attractions and at a walkable distance from Golden temple & Heritage walk where evenings are best enjoyed. Breakfast was wonderful at the hotel and we loved the awesome Parantha & Tea. We booked a triple room for 2 adults and 1 kid (7yrs) for 3Nights. It was spacious and had 24hrs hot water. Also the hotel front desk helped arrange a taxi to Wagha border and their services were excellent. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and recommend to other travellers.

even though breakfast was included, hotel charged us separately. Owner was talking in very threatening voice so we gave him the money.
