it was a good experience. the staff was cordial, they allowed early check in. however there were some cleanliness issues in the room, but overall experience was good

Simply wow, I'm impressed with the hospitality of Shivalik and the best part is whole staff was on their knees during my stay. I was welcomed by upgrading my room from Super deluxe to Premium, I was really surprised, I got pair of room slipers, a fridge, a bottle of water, coffe and tea ingredients, a big room with a perfect valley view balcony. Very good hotel, Pros- room size good, kids play area available for kids, Car parking space available. food quality is excellent. Taste of food is awesome. Room service is also very good. Cons. Room can be decorated by adding lamps.
