HORRIBLE!!I wish I could give rating in minus, worst stay I ever had. Labour were sleeping outside my room, property looks like a dharamshala, Toilet was open from one corner, beedi was like on torn bedsheet, no hygiene, toilet was stinking badly, gutkha packets were thrown in the room and people started bothering us again & again and over the top refund is not there for such a horrible experience. The guy who brought tea, didn't even return the remaining money to us. wasted my money.

The bed-sheet was very unclean with lots of stains.Couldn't sleep because of the mosquitoes. Location is close to the Gaya Railway station.

as per tariff, room cleanliness & washroom cleanliness not up to the mark, not satisfied with this stay, infect blanket and bedsheets are not cleaned, blankets dirty and have badly smelled.

The experience was annoying. Firstly, I was grateful when the hotel allowed us an early check-in as we had to get ready for pitrapaksh puja. But after that things just went downhill. The room they allotted us had a roof of not even 6ft in height with the ceiling so low that the fan was directly almost over our heads. My father cut his hand and I had to rush him to the hospital.
