I wanted a cozy room which was not available Due to which I had to take a room of a higher category than that. According to me there was no significant difference between a cozy room and a room of the category above it ,And the rest of the normal experiences were fine for me

Amazing Stay – 10/10 Experience! Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was spotless, super comfortable, and had all the necessary facilities. Everything felt clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Felt totally welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend and love to visit again!

excellent house keeping, well behavior staff food are limited but good, cleaning and hospitality was best..over all best 👌 experience. only 2 km from bilaspur railway station.. awesome 👌 hospitality, if u have todders than that will more supportive as expected..

hotel room was below expectations, tv channels were not proper.. food quality was average,i booked in prime category room but windows were missing in the room, overall a disappointed experience this time .

Staff were all good, helpful and polite. Room was neat, clean and well maintained. Food tastes good too and good portion size. Overall a good experience during stay.

Everything was okay, we can't expect more in budget stay. Manager sir is cooperative man. They also serve food (eggetarian restaurant). Best thing is that ,Early check-in is available at this property with additional cost. Also they have free wifi.
