we stayed for 2 days and it was a great experience.we had spa also Anindita and juhi did a great job with spa...Food is excellent.we came across the owner of shivsagar resort and spa He is so polite with the guests.Overall great experience.

Amazing at the price that you get. The staff are cordial and ready to help/ They can improve on the breakfast spread for sure. The plunge pool and the main pool both needs regular water change for sure. Otherwise the location is more convenient in the sense that you wont face traffic jams near by like other properties. Overall will go back to the place given a chance again.

on day 1 we landed at the resort at 10.30 pm sharp from indore and requested if dinner could be served but the restaurant was closed and no further requests were entertained even with a 5-10 mins delay. me and my wife had to move to a secluded restaurant at 11 pm in the night to have our meals.
day 2 was a perfect stay, enjoyed the musical night and star gazing, it was fun.
day 3 we tried extending our stay but as the property was fully sold out had to shift to a different suite with jacuzzi but ...more

the location of hotel is good centered between panchgani and mahabaleshwar. but food quality and restaurant staff behaviour is bad. we were handed the room(s) without proper cleaning. overall not so good for the price

the luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. we loved everything i highly recommend *shivsagar resort & spa* for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. a big thumbs up

The service was great, perfect for a staycation. All the amenities were in good condition. The only area the resort lacked was food, the food could have been better. But apart from that I loved the stay.
