we were given a dormitory instead of a room. We realised this only at the time of checking in. We had to pay extra to get a separate room. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room and bathroom were clean. but with the extra amount we had to pay for it, it was not worth that amount. AC in the room was noisy and went off after every few minutes. Please make sure that if accomodation is in dormitory, it is clear enough for the guest booking. We had no choice to pay extra to stay as it was too late to get refund

we had a good time. it was a good Hotel with required aminities. only the problem was of drinking water.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. It is located in Andheri West. There was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services.
