Nice stay..but no restaurant in the hotel but they allow outside food.staffs r friendly. TV.AC .intercom are not working properly.

Being a very frequent traveller we had not much expectations from a hotel in Bhubaneswar under our budget. But surprisingly, this hotel increased our level of expectations. The room, as well as the whole hotel is super clean. The surroundings (Prachi enclave) are also very cozy. There are plenty of trees outside of the hotel. Astonishingly, there are no dust in our room even in the window grill. Infact, I think it is more clean than our own house. A moderate parking space and an elevator are also there. Needless to say, we will certainly stay here in the future when required.

They were not willing to provide hot water earlier than 7.30 AM . Serving staff has been irresponsible in providing alternate arrangements and whole family(including older people and kids) had to use cold water as we had to start early. They explain the useless logic that it take's an hour to heat due to centralized heating , are they giving rooms free of cost ? I did not like the experience overall . Room is just Ok. Service staff did not show any responsibility despite followups on hot water needs.

it's a cheap hotel, not very clean, mattress was like a rock, but for the price and purpose it was useful.
