very poor service very pathetic experience. I checked in hotel at 11:00 p.m. and asked for a water bottle I had to remind them twice but after 1 hour I had to step down to reception for complaining for not delivery a simple service of a mental water bottle and I myself had to carry that one bottle to my room

The hotel is conveniently located near Bilaspur Railway Station which was a big plus for me. It’s easy to get around, with public transport options nearby.
