"The hotel rooms are cozy, but the washrooms and toilets are extremely uncomfortable. Our stay was a very bad experience. What made it worse was that we booked through a promotion app, and the hotel staff treated us as if we were staying for free. Overall, it was the worst experience."

Overpriced to the size of the rooms and poor maintenance of the amenities.. AC remote not at all working, bath taps and shower are malfunctioning, specially in the room no.3031 and poor/improper response from the front desk.

they gave us two single beds and blatantly called them 'double bed' when joined together. They didn't know concept of Twin beds Vs Double bed. They had a double room which they called 'King Bed room' and demanded 1500/- extra to upgrade.Three of us slept very uncomfortably on 'joined single beds'. Also, the room area was advertised as 160 sq. ft but in reality it was barely 100 sq. feet. The room 3026 which I stayed split AC sound was not less than an mixi grinder sound had to switch off and use fan hopefully they repair post my complaint for other guests to enjoy their stay

Room has all facilities as shown in their property photos. Very clean and well maintained room and washroom. Centrally located. Restaurant services are good. Convenient place, close to Railway and metro station.
