person on reception mr sunny is a very nice, caring and helping person. location is very good. but room and bathroom conditions are not at all satisfactory.

Not satisfied with the hotel staff. We reached 1hr before the checkin time and they collected 500rs. Even checkout time also they said, even for 1min extra will be charged. And they charged 500 more while checkout which is not acceptable. Also, they have not cleaned the room even one time. Very bad experience.
