Had a very bad experience at the hotel while checking in. Instead of one deluxe room and one executive room, they offered 2 executive rooms. The room was in very poor condition. The bathroom is not cleaned and the pot is yellow. you can see all the pictures attached of the room. There are black spots on the walls of whole room and even spider web in the room. Room stinks with cigarette smell. There is moss everywhere because of leakage. Even the blanket is torn. it's freezing cold here and there ...more

This Hotel is not a hotel service . Deluxe room size is 8x8 area. Service is hopeless.staff behavior is ruff dont want listen customer word. I have booking breakfast complimentary but with out breakfast we had check out.

pathetic hotel..no food no water bathroom is dirty water is oozing out of wall and cost they have taken too much ...staff behaviour is rude ...I request no one to book this hotel
