My room had seepage. Couldn't use the wardrobe because it was wet. Blankets were stinking and dirty. Lift would get stuck quite often.

Hotel was lack of basic amanities that should be there in a room... no electric kettle was there... initially they put into a room on which horrible sound of some machine was coming... upon several requests they changed the room... however new room had Indian toilet... but it did not have that sound... the staff behaviour is good...

Booked type of room is not available during checkin despite of pre booking. Hotelier harassed us during checking in the early morning saying no rooms available. Also the complementary breakfast is limited, they charged us for more foods. Really a bad experience.

Rooms are dirty. Room smells badly. You bound to watch free TV channels. Worst hotel. Photo forgot to take.

During stay i observed that AC leaking the water in high amount Washroom HAVING THE leaking of RETURN OUTPUT OF AC water Hotel is no more comfortable for us
