building is look old but spacioius, not maintained up the mark, staff is not professional, i could never able to open my room with key provided, there were small insects and cockroches in the room, the furnishing was not properly cleaned. breakfast was okay except idli and chutney and fruits.the best thing was the backyard of the hotel, which is lush green and very calm!

The only thing going for this hotel is the clealiness. The placewas very clean but everything else was very poor. The breakfast presentation very sad, the whole hotel was just old and tired. Very basic not more than 2 stars. The location is fine about a 10 minute walk to Pal Heights mall and about a 20 minute walk to Ekamra Park.

lots of issues we face there 1.wifi was not working.2. rooms were not as expected showing in pics.3. all the rooms amenities mentioned are totally useless because no one is in working condition likely : freezer , wifi , ac and 4. so many mosquito 🦟 in the rooms three times changed room due to ac then change due to smell then change due to room keys not working and at last I said don't change now.5. management is not as required.6. foods is ok ok .we check in at around 10 pm and just take refres ...more

Centrally located . But Badly needs Pest control . We stayed amidst Cockroaches for all 5 days . No amenities . No play area. No swimming pool . Charged us heavy price for a room having dirty AC , no finishing done for toilet , pipes and gutters were open , exhaust fans seemingly Not cleaned . Power outages occurred with no backups . Refrigerator was unplugged since socket wasn't repaired .

1) location of the property is good..Prime location.2) Hospitality is very worst 3) Room cleanness good.4) food can not be served due to unprofessional and worst quality man powers with owners directions5) Room rent is like a standard hotel but you will get drinking glass quality is like road side tea stall However plz don't book and stay this type of worst property Better stay on railway station jhumpudi hotel plz don't book this hotel

very bad quality hotel....i recommend not to book .....or may black list the hotel.....very poor and agressive behaviour off the staffs..... they provide used thing to re use....lot more worst things to experience there ....very very bad experience.

hotel location is good and staff was helpful. rooms are big in size but not maintained properly. breakfast buffet should have more options. less options in breakfast buffet, poor maintenance of rooms.
