The Best host ever. Most humble best food best staff. I got stuck in balcony the host climbed from another balcony and unlocked the gate. Must visit and best cosy room and neat and clean washroom. Best quality rooms in such prize. Will always stay in same place next time when i will visit shimla The Best Host and Stay Experience! This was truly the best stay ever. I had an amazing stay at Hotel Sierra, Shimla! From the moment we arrived, Manager Digvijay and the entire staff were exceptionally warm and hospitable, making sure every need was taken care of. Our stay at Sierra was outstanding. The property is very well managed and staff is super active & accommodating. Service offered was remarkably good. Property host Mr Digvijay is very proactive, professional and cooperative. Our stay was booked on different dates but due to adverse weather conditions and road closures at Sangla and Chitkul we could not reach shimla that day, Mr Digvijay has been very generous to accommodate our request for date change without any additional cost. Very nice view of shimla. The service and hosting is very hospitable. The owner is polite and the food, rooms is worth every rupee . I will highly recommend the hotel. 5/5 stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
