my stay in hotel signature inn was the worst experience. i had 2 nights stay in this hotel this is my review from the experience i had in this hotel. the photos of the hotel during booking were 4 years old photos and right now the rooms and the entire hotel is a mess. the rooms were not clean, there was a very bad smell in the washroom, the bed was not comfortable, i saw cockroaches in the room and washroom, the ceiling of the room was damaged from where water leakage was happening.

Room ceiling fell off when i was not in the room. A bad smell was there throughout the stay. Then they shifted me to another room and there the cupboard was already occupied by someone else’s luggage. Ceiling was covered with polythene. And TV was not in place.

..It smells so bad and bed sheets or bathroom is never cleaned ...if u dont have any compulsion, dont ever stay here..i may suffer breathing issue

When we reached in hotel thn it was about 4pm. But still our room was not ready though booking was from 12pm. We had to sit in sofa that also without fan or AC for about half and hour then they provided us a room which was full of dirty smell. We complained several times thn they sent a boy to spray some room freshner. They dint even change bedsheets
