beautiful hotel in the heart of city. rooms are well decorated and spacious. the staff is courteous. we enjoyed the stay at silk city.

Hotel stay was average. Lot of issues with room. Water leaks from freeze provided. Lot of moisture on floor due to centralized air conditioning. Room card was not functioning, every time thier staff come with duplicate keys to open main door
