overall, the experience was good. especially, behaviour of the staff was nice.
however, i must mention that in case of 3 person room, they don't get 3 beds in the room, they will just give you an extra mattress to be put on the floor.
some other things that could be improved:
1. the toilet seat was broken.
2. the landline for room service wasn't working.
3. no-one told us that we have to ask them to switch on the geyser. as there wasn't any light indicator on geyser, we wasted a lot of time.
other than this, everything seems okay.

This hotel is not a customer friendly hotel. I booked this hotel on 6th nov for three night and on the 13th they cancelled my booking after I already paid full payment. Not a trusted hotel.

just wow.. rooms are very clean, the management of this hotel is helpful, gentle and always ready to serve us. food quality is excellent. overall it's a nice place to stay.
