It was very pathetic experience, the host was fighting for little things with us . The host was very rude and arrogant.He started threatening us .He didnt even respond to our complaints about the room. The owner of this stay is motherfuncking asshole that he was even fighting with the girls staying there. He was using very abusive language even with the girls also.His attitude was like I don’t give a fuck about ur complaints and just want the money. Clearly he looted us.

not available of kitchen , the food quality is poor which we got,all the essential things are got after ordering,the tv of room no.304 is not available after ordering they given black & white tv.the beviour of staff is non cooperative

it was nice staying here, hotel is little far from main road and it is 15 kms away from Mahabaleshwar but overall good experience,staff was good and sincere,hotel is clean and peaceful place.

It is a worst hotel in this location. Hotel owner is very rude towards customer. What ever room they have provided is very small and not sufficient for three people even though it is showing bigger in size in photographs. For bigger room again they are charging additiinal 600/- from the customer.
