Really enjoy the stay the only challenge was the food being in Amritsar if they can improve the food then this is a 5 star hotel.

worst hotel. even dharmshala is better to stay. room and toilet condition is worst. No water bottle, no one to carry luggage to your room. one towel for a room. no canteen. they will bring food from somewhere else and will take minimum 1 hour
Think twice before booking.

hello all,
1. we asked to change the room but not changed on 1st night. for 2nd night they change the room but charge Rs 600 extra.. rooms are not good. no hot water in tap.. hotel staff provide hot bucket.
0 star for room and facility.
I called one day before checkin to provide room heater as it to cold in amritsar 2° they confirm to provide the same but during checkin they said we don't have room heater.
0 star for commitment..

3 Hotel location is very good. 4 star. over all 1 start for hotel.

Tore Bedsheets provided, Water shower not working.
Tore Bedsheets & lots of noise in corridor it should control by Hotel Management.

Rooms are too tiny and place to dry your daily essentials.
Would not recommend.
Person at the front desk was highly rude but the owner was nice.

No hot water in this chilled winter, we have to use the ice cold water. Even hotel denied that they don't have no drinking water. No clean towels, rooms was not clean, bathrooms were stinking no drinking water, stains on bedsheets, no amenities like soaps. Flush was not working.

the charges which hotel took was very high as per hotel standard. hotel is not more than 1000-1200 at max.
