Bedsheets, pillow cover all were stinking. They gave us water for drinking with lot of insects.

I visited this hotel with my family. Location wise very good, no option for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but they said they will provide food at the time of booking so I'm a bit disappointed. There is a problem with room cleaning as there are only 2 employees.

not upto the mark...hotel maintenance was not good according to the price...fused lights, dirty curtains etc.

the best part of the hotel is its location..easily accessible from anywhere in Bhimtal..parking space is also available..hotel management can pay more attention in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene..

contrary to promised facilities, there was no functional TV in the room, the staff was at best skeleton and even for drinking water we had to walk long distance as there was no intercom facility. Also if we wanted to go for a walk early morning ( even as late as 7am)the main hotel gate used to be locked & we had to walk upto the servant room to wake up the lone hotel employee available during nights.
