1st. point my breakfast include the hotel room price but not provide breakfast & also confirm night the person at hotel the morning breakfast time 9am but not provide breakfast 2nd not use the tv. 3rd. washroom to dirty

room not ready yet I'm reached after 12.everywhere poor smell found like smocking drinking, AC dripping, and not any offer given by hotel like rupees complimentary service and not provide breakfast food.ask to hotel management,due to above issues I'm left room at 5PM same day please return my money.

I have booked this hotel 2 times in last 7 days with breakfast, both the times they refused for breakfast and checking in experience is also totally bad, I was waiting for a long time for checking into the room

very worst experience. ac not working,food availability nill,room service bad overall experience so worst there is no option for any negative rating other wise I have to use heavy negative rating.
