This hotel is not worth Rs. Ideally we shouldn't pay more than 600-800 Rs for this hotel.The room had water shippage. The wall was wet. Washroom had water leakage from the roof. Also washroom was not clean. The bed was not clean. Though they provided a clean towel and a soap. I showed it in the reception (Mr Rajesh Verma). He promptly changed my room.The new room was small in size. it did not have water leakage. But the room had no ventilation in design. bed and pillow covers were dirty. geyser ...more

I had booked a hotel for 2 days and later modified it for one day on 24 may.
I am yet to receive my refund amount which was supposed to be credited by 3 June.

Hotel Singhaal - Ballia (Uttar Pradesh)
Location - Convenient to Access Location.
Infratructure - Decent Rooms, Bathroom cum washroom could be much better though. My room's mini fridge wasn't working. A/C was fine. Bed and linen was proper.
Service - Need to work on service and improve. Attitude seemed casual and lazy.
Tariff - Tariff seems a bit high, but will be justified if the service improves.
Food - Food was more than decent.
All in all, if you are looking to just stay overnight and leave, you can Go for it.

My stay has been horrible.. very bad experience..in stead of deluxe room we were given ordinary room,ac was not working,TV was not working,water absolutely horrible.. brown water flow in the bathrooms...such kind of service I have not seen.....
