i didn't get to stay in the hotel i booked because they told me all the rooms were fully booked, later they shifted me to another nearby property.

Satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
The Manager named Amit is a very nice and humble person.
Never felt outside home, staying at a hotel.
Only one thing needs to improvement.
That is the painting of the room.
It needs fresh painting.

Very poor service . We book 2 rooms and we call theme they don't pickup call and off bell of the hotel and after tell that they give the booked room someone.

well behaved staff. but earlier some misunderstanding happened for check in. later on they solved the issue and provide us room.
