everything was fine except that my booking was not closed by hotal on 1 day earlier check out. staff said that the refund amount will initiated.i checked in 13/01/25 arround 2.15pm approx and checked out on 14/01/25 around 4.45 am. i left the hotal earlier than booked duration due to some personal reasons.regards
