booked in the hotel, near by to airport , hotel service is good , staff allotted room quickly upon a small waiting but the room is neat and clean, they have south indian meals which is good ...as we are from banaras we had a dream to have south indian thali and it is fulfilled here..staff and service is top notch ... i give full five star to this botique hotel ....

Booked in the hotel, near by to Airport , Hotel service is good , staff allotted room quickly upon a small waiting but the room is neat and clean, they have south indian meals which is good ...as we are from Banaras we had a dream to have south indian thali and it is fulfilled here..staff and service is top notch ... Hotel location is 3 Kms far from Gajuwaka. No restaurant and there was biggest problem is language.Also a huge language gap between hotel staff and guest staff who can't communicate in English or Hindi. some customer disturbed by knocke the door. Worst experience. Never suggest anyone to stay here.

the location of the hotel is a little bit outskirts but it is totally fine cause any necessary things are nearby. the staff is super friendly and the service is very good. there is also parking space but only can fit one car and four to five bikes rooms are good enough.

"Had an amazing stay at hotel SM Paradise The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's amenities were ok. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. 5/5 stars!"
