Location was not good, room service was very bad, only food was very good and behavior of Mr.Bharat was very supportive to understand the customers requirement and problems. Right now I cannot suggest anyone to stay at this hotel until unless they assured about the better services.

Cleainess is very good. Only negative is timely check in was not happened. Though we had advance booking, we had been forced to wait for more than 20 min to check in. Besides one room (out of 2 booked) was not ready and offered to avail deluxe against our booking of super deluxe.

very very bad hotel. If anyone spoils the holiday at manali, then can book this hotel. 1) Room services is very poor. 2) Room is very old type. 1st we get a room on 3rd floor, which was not OK, then ask hotelier to change the room & they given it on 2nd floor. which was also same. 3) Very bad smell of carpet inside room. 4) can't get proper towels & toiletries . Every day need to followup with hotelier to get it. After so many followup got it after 30 to 40 min. 5) Towels & bedsheets not cleane ...more

Location of the hotel is very good. You can enjoy hills covered by snow from your bed. Lift was working all the times. Food quality is also good. On first day room service was very poor later on it was improved. I suggest the hotel management to further improve room service. Over all we have enjoyed the hotel very much.
