location is very near to hidimba temple. walking distance to temple, mall road
room, staff, food everything is good
only view point is not upto the mark from room balcony.

very good location, close to mall road and hadimba devi temple. good views from the room. they have a decent food area. can try their breakfast buffet. overall a decent hotel.

Hotel location is bit inside a small lane, commuting can be a challenge.
The thing we didn't liked is their room service, during our stay of 3 days not a single day the rooms were cleaned, items like towels, bedsheets were changed, water bottles were refilled. they even don't have primary bed heaters which is essential thing in low temperatures like Manali, you always have to take the room heater by paying additional amount which i think is like forcefully imposing something. at least we can hav ...more
