It was a horreble experience when we reached on hotel electricity are not available in hotel hotel manager also not available hotel Also power back like DG and inverter not available in hotel we have spoken to hotel owner about the same .. hot water facility not available in hotel out side temperature was 12 degree .then we left from the hotel and booked another hotel service was very very very very bad hotel

it was a very horreble experiance , when we reached on hotel there was no electricity supply are avalable in hotel Also power backup facility was not avalble in hotel Also Hotel manager are not avalable in hotel the out side tempretur was 12 deegree and hotel care taker said we will not providing any hot water facility to us. Then we left from the hotel with my family the hotel some premises was under construction.

excellent stay. the service is awesome. remember this is a remote village in Sikkim. they take care of their guests so well. food is good. they arrange stuff based on your needs. the place to go when you visit lachen

I don’t find professionalisms to the hotel,but food taste was good n quite like homely food, many criteria’s to improve like staff, room service, restaurant, etc etc

Stayed here with wife in same room on top floor again after a gap of one year. Ever smiling and helpful staff, with Pradeep ji at main desk. Best that the area can offer to you in this far flung area.... need to be appreciative for that. No place for cribbers. Hot water on demand and power generator in evening till 10:30.. solar powered lamps after that! Enjoyed very much!!

The hotel is overpriced as apart from a single room with no amenities, you dont get anything. The heater charge is overpriced and that also doesnt work due to power cuts and instable voltage. However, the staff is courteous and food is good.
