the hospitality was on point. beautiful area, well maintained rooms and good facelities. the aesthetics of hotel were good and food was tasty. now talking about improvement, they should change the pool water every week to maintain hygeine and the gym is not maintained at all. overall the stay experience was good and would rate 3.5 /5

I would love to stay at Sonnesta Inn on my next visit to Goa. Overall great experience.. Good food, nearby beach and market for shopping with ample space of parking.

Overall awesome experience staying at Sonnesta Inn. They offer you access to beach on a walking distance. I would recommend everyone who is looking for a resort which has it's own beach, nearby market, yummy food. For children, they provide you the dishes which are not even in the buffet.
They have neat and Clean Rooms along with a ample space for car parking.

Hotel was nice, but the location was slightly off road with lot of stray dogs.
staff was more focussed on providing services to foreign tourists as they stay here for a long duration.
Breakfast was okay not good.
Amenities were good, beach was at walking distance behind the hotel.

Insensitive staff, I booked 2 suites for 3 nights which they didn't provide together. 1 senior citizen had trouble walking upstairs still they didn't provide ground floor room. Wifi in room was not working complained 10 times still no resolution.

First time stay . Recommended by a friend. Great experience . Loved the fact that the property was connected to the beach right from the backyard.. wish that have extended pool hours. Very courteous and professional staff

our stay was excellent right from check in to checkout everything was smooth, helping nature of all staff.. food quality was good... tastey breakfast... enjoyed live music... rooms are upto the mark... nice swamming pool.. enjoyed 2 days in sonesta inns.. will like to visit again... thanks goibibo..
