Property is good but needs a lot of improvement and maintenance. Room service was good. Buffet breakfast is worse with very little options. Almost all the items were cold. Some items in the restaurant were over priced and quality not so good. Restaurant services worse needs a lot of improvement. Well located and great views from hotel premises.

The stay here was amazing. Totally worth the money, with great food and amazing views. Staffs and manager here were very friendly and helpful. This is also a pet friendly hotel, which is a bonus for those who miss traveling with their pets.

it was an amazing experience to stay in The Soods Garden...nice clean and well decorated property.. staffs are very well behaved and attentive... Mr. Sanjit Saha is very nice person and polite.. Mr. Saha arranged us Taxi for sightseeing.. Hotel located on main road and one can easily get taxi outside the hotel...My over all experience is good and recommend this hotel to everybody who is planning to visit Kalimpong... food was also nice... service was very good..

Bedsheet was very dirty. when I checked in. my room look like store room. My room blocked with old Telivision's. full of mosquitoes. pathetic experience.
