room was manager was good but other worker was not good main problem was hot water 2 days we stayed in this hotel but we didn't get Hot water 207 room no hot water was not coming

wost service, worst breakfast and they took 3 hrs to steam a bread and make an omlet which was mentioned as continental breakfast😤 had to ask the staffs 3 times, and they even forgot to give us the breakfast. rooms are very conjusted and not safe since all the furniture and interior works have sharp edges

the interior of the hotel was made with very sharp edges and i had an accident from corner of the bed, not even provided a first aid kit i had to go outside on night time to get some medical support. breakfast service is worst, served on 10 am (agreed by 8 am) and the breakfast was steamed bread with omlet the hotel is not upto a standard and only a lodge setup

Stayed here for two days, Excellent Service, Staff is very helpful especially the reception guy, Very near to Marine Drive and North Railway Station. Worth the money I spent Highly Recommended.

horrible stay, electricity was off for 3 hours, room had mosquitos, they didn’t even provide a repellent, the room service lack basic amenities like chilled water, the bathroom had broken toilet seat and hangers. not recommended at all

Very spacious rooms that are both clean and luxurious. The whole room including the bathroom is well maintained.
