very far from temple not as advertised. room on 2nd floor no lift and no amenities like bottled water . everything is chargeable. 100 rs to temple by auto. not for temple visitors

Executive room was very spacious with a balcony. AC was very big enough to cool the room fast. Property is old but rooms are renovated with modern features. They promply recharged dth as soon as we entered the room. Hotel is in prime area near valluvar theater. They also own adjacent Gowri Krishna restaurant which offers decent food and reasonable price. You can also get food from that hotel via room service.

Very bad experience. Hotel staffs not at all coperative. Bathroom and toilet where not cleaned properly. Rooms are not cleaned properly. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Untidy atmosphere all around. Very bad experience

The location of the room is very convenient. Just one KM away from the temple downhills. The rooms are maintained neat and clean. Reception and service boys were courteous. Two minor issues we felt were 1) the lift didn't work. 2) Washroom tape had some issues that it kept leaking if left open. Overall, good destination for a stay in Palani.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Toilets are also good.
No lift which is difficult for elder ones.

Hotel is very good, the rooms are very clean with all the amenities in good condition. Even the service was quick and good. We had a great experience, would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Palani. There was an inconvenience with the type of rooms booked. Apart from that, the stay was great.

It was an average experience. Rooms were neat but toilets were average. They don't even provide water bottle. We have to buy it. Hot water was not coming. Had to call the few times and wait for 20 minutes to get hot water.
