very bad room and bathroom. staff is not cooperating manager even not picking phone

They denied to give me ac room which I book. Rather saying that they don't have room then why accepted my booking? So I didn't stayed there.

it was worst experience it took 2 hrs to check in because they denied they said that you have non AC booking whether I have AC booking talked to customer care then they gave me room and room was pathetic so dirty , AC was also not working in 2 dat stay and complaint the same so many times but no any resolutiin. I strongly recommend not to stay here and customer care connected me to owner of hotel that we have shifted you 2 times but I haven't been shifted for single time.
