Horrible experience, I had booked the rooms for my parents who were to reach vizag at early morning 4am.I requested the hotel to provide an early check-in by 5am, as they had a flight at 2 pm they would hv checked out early as well by 12 pm. They asked them to wait in the railway till 7am, only then they would provide room . So horrible situation,can I make elderly persons to wait outside somewhere in the night in this winter time. They behaved so rudely, very pathetic services. Hotel not recommended for family or anyone, if they cannot address an adhoc request that for Elderly individuals.

only good is it's walkable distance from railway station..rest are not up to mark...the basic need like glass,tawel..etc are not provided..rooms are looks old..need to paint the wall and also repair the bed. also need to change the blankets..smells are coming from the blankets.
they provide cab facility for site seeing but price is little bit high..so better book cab from outside..

this hotel is Just like a below average lodge. no amenities provided other than space, dirty bed and washroom. no drinking water and no room service.
this hotel is exactly in the middle of four wines. The other side of this hotel is the bar and all drunken people are roaming there the whole night.
