room quality is very bad .and I found room in top floor...so room manager don't listen ..I want room in groud or second floor

I had vacation plan with my family on March 2025 . rooms were very dirty .Alternate rooms that Skiniketan showed to us were also dirty .So I did not stayed for 4 days and did early check out. Will NOT recommend any one to book rooms in Skiniketan.

I have a great experience. All the service of the hotel are very good.
Hotel position is near swargaduar. Market and beach are near to hotel. All the stuff of the hotel is very good.

Don't have the pictures of room but yeah hotel is near chaitanya statue and cremat orium also there is a direct passage right in front of the hotel which take 2 min walk to swargadwar beach,cleaning staff comes in the morning time and you can check out as per your requirement and check in was smooth as well.Staffs are friendly definitely can recommend this hotel.They just needs to clean there stairs and passage inside the hotels.Staff were friendly good thing they allow solo travellers

Not a good experience, lack of room service. no one there in reception to respond and send the cleaner. however considering the room charges it's acceptable. needs improvement in customer service and room cleaning service.

I was stayed in that Double Bed suite AC room, as considering the Room charges, room was good. However there was lack of room service, even after requesting in the reception to send the cleaner they are not sending it. After tried many times, then they picked up the call in reception. Overall experience is Avarage.
Average experience due to lack of room service. No one there to clean the room, change the bedsheets. after so many calls they have send to clean room however that's on the late evening.
