The room was stinking with cigarette smoke smell and they didn't offer us an alternative room, and even after accepting our request, they didn't supply room freshner. AC water was dripping inside the room itself. Location was good, as was the covered parking.

Prime location in the heart of the city. Free parking available. Clean room, linen etc. Provided toiletries like towels, soap, brush etc. Renovated old room. Some nasty smell in the washroom becos of non availability of exhaust fan. Hurdle free check in and check-out. Safe for family stay. Don't order in restaurant available in the hotel. Very much costly when comparing with the food provided. There are so many restaurants near by.

its worse, they have an unprofessional man at reception who pretends to not understand English/ Hindi. Highly overpriced. not worth more than 700-800.
