The resort is situated right on the beach, with the front gate facing Mandarmani Road and the back gate opening directly onto the shoreline. There are a few small beachside eateries nearby. I stayed in Room 301, which offered a pleasant view of the sea.
The staff service was average—they didn’t assist with my luggage, though I wasn’t too bothered by it. The resort is centrally located in Mandarmani, which is convenient.

Worst staying plus extremely dirty rooms and street dogs was moving around the Hall area. No AC remote was provided after multiple request and no Tv nor any room services.
The room door m was not get lock from inside and no solution was provided till end.

Room condition is not good..even door lock (chitkini) missing.window ac, Beds are not comfortable even bed sheets are not clean, cleanness required. Less lights in the Room based on price not satisfied with this. else peoples are good nicely responsive to us. pool water not clean as well.

Pathetic experience. Very basic rooms with cockroaches ready to welcome you. Restaurant was unhygienic and you cannot eat there if you see the kitchen. Pool was soo dirty, it cannot be entered. Overall not worth the money we paid.

Only good thing is location. Else every section has some problem. Washroom, electricity, water supply all departments are problematic. Staffs are very very good and they worked a lot to manage those incapblities.

very good hospitality behaviour I loved this resort and every time when I will be coming here will book in this cottage room no 121. the food quality is also good as chef is there very good space and nearer to sea beach

Average rooms, but the resort is beside the beach. There was some issues with the fan and lights in few rooms. Limited food options. If you just want to stay without any service, it is good for you then.
