hi team,we had booked 2 deluxe rooms in starlight hotels kodai, kodaikanal. we went as a family of four and had come for a trip from kerala. we had to drive for almost 7 hours to get to this hotel. the travel to the hotel from town was very uncomfortable with steep roads. the room was not in a habitable condition when we reached. the smell in the room was absolutely revolting. the man at reception was inhospitable and reluctantly offered to clean the room. as there was paint falling off the wal ...more

0/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience!*I strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for families. The hotel's accessibility is a major issue, with no proper road leading to the property. In my case, the road was blocked just 3 km away from the hotel.To make matters worse, the hotel management was completely unresponsive and unhelpful. Not suitable for family. Rooms not safety and service also worst. But place was so good. I enjoyed full misty. I given 3 star rating for only surrounding places not for room. For room i'll give 1 star rating
