Worst hotel experience ever. When I reached hotel staff denied check-in even though I had confirmed booking. Then I had pay to pay ₹1500 extra to check-in as I had no choice at 1:30am which Goibibo assured me return if I provide them with invoice which the hotel staff didn't provide even after constant nagging. Room AC was not working, dirty rooms, dirty mini fridge, broken lights and equipments, washroom was dirty and broken.
