Hotel is no doubt good and cleanliness was well maintained, but had a few not so good experiences.
Firstly, receptionist was not polite as expected.
another is, I had early morning flight. Security guard misguided me that Uber won't come to pick up, book your cab from Hotel, which will cost 650rs. Eventually I booked my cab from Rapido which cost me 170rs.

Very close to the airport. Perfect for business travelers. Decent food and staff behavior. Response for room amenities is slightly delayed.

The behavior of reception staff is not up to the mark. They are asking for an extra charge to check in for 1 hr before their schedule check in time.

Hotel location is very good ! However , hotel checkout time is 11 am and hotel staff will give you grace time till 12 o clock .

above 3500/ staying cost for a day in kolkata nearby airport it should be great, but nothing I have received like good even, not providing toiletries after asking everytime they gave, if you are staying 3 people they will give 1 brush, there is tea bag and suger free pouch but no "TEA POT", IF you are leaving room on that day and at that morning you can not ask for cleaning your room. they will denied straight away,as because you are leaving on that day:(
