The overall initial experience is bad. The room is small and provides a very small sofa cum bad for children which is not comfortable. The hotel restaurant experience is also bad. Executives are not aligned , asking extra charges for everything.

it was a very horrible stay they gave the room very near to the drainage. we cannot tolerate the smell. when we asked for a room to change the hotel staff behaved differently. initially he was talking in tamil but when we started to complain he said like he didn't know tamil. with so much fight we changed our room. i won't recommend this stay to anyone .
