Sir,
I booked the Subhalaxmi guest house in Arya pally,bhbaneswar. Email was also sent regarding my booking. But the hotel representative allotted me a room at other location .The room of said hotel was dirty and lot of mosquitoes. I could not be able to sleep at night.I stayed over there for two days. In spite of repeated request also they never changed the hotel. It was a pathetic stay. It should not be repeated.

The condition of the hotel was just horrible so we didn't stayed there for too long. The room was very dirty & the linen was not clean as well. We asked them to just change our room but they denied to do so & asked us to change the hotel if we can't stay there but the location is very good as it is just beside KIMS University.

.The only benefit is the position of the guest house. Otherwise the room was small, no geyser, construction is still underwork so you have to stay with irritating sounds.The bathroom as well as the room was unclean. Prior to giving our checkout time as 6:30 am nobody was there to receive us when we left.

There is no room service and proper plug points to charge phone and also not cleaned.
